Project Admin Position- 3 month Contract- (Immediate start).
The Role requires the successful candidate to work in the IT Consulting project management area of this successful nationwide company. The position is based in a location in Dublin City Centre.
Duties include:
General Project Office Support
Reports: Preparing and chasing up reports
Issue, Risk and Change Control
Schedules: Managing schedules and schedule updates
Documentation management
General Administration
Supporting updates of process documents and diagrams
Skills Required
Experience in Change Management and Document Control desirable
Process Modelling experience desirable but not essential
Ms Visio and Ms Word skills & Good knowledge of MS Project and Access
Ability to prioritise and follow-up on a large number of tasks at one time
